  code base to enable a clean build under GCC versions 4.8.1
  and lower.  Functionality remains unchanged.

MetWAMer.v1.3.1.tar.bz2 - 100% identical source code and
  functionality relative to v1.3, but bundling the
  IMMpractical library and having a much simpler build
  process (execute ``build_it.sh" from the top-level
  directory).  Depends on libxml2 version 2-6-23 or
  higher.
