What's New

Group:

We have moved from Iowa State University (Ames, IA) to Indiana University (Bloomington, IN). Thank you ISU for providing a home for almost 14 years. Part of the group will continue at ISU for now, while new folks will join our efforts at IUB. Collaborations will flourish beyond that with our many valued colleagues and friends in Ames. Onward!

SAPS, SSPA

Description: SAPS stands for Statistical Analysis of Protein Sequences, and SSPA is an acronym for Significant Segment Pair Alignment. These programs are rather old (see citations), but still in use. I am making the old code available as is for now, hoping for some time soon to update the code. In the meantime, give me feedback and suggestions! Volker Brendel, December 16, 2008.
